Feast with potatoes with herbs

INGREDIENTS

  • Preheat your oven to 400º

  • 2 red potatoes

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ tsp coarse sea salt

  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

  • 1 tsp rosemary


INSTRUCTION

  1. Preheat your oven to 375º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Wash potatoes in a bowl of running water.

  3. Then, soak in salt water or apple cider vinegar water for 3 minutes and rinse again thoroughly.

  4. Thinly slice potatoes.

  5. Lay thinly sliced potatoes on the lined sheet, drizzle with olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.

  6. roast at 375º for 1 hour. Let it cook for 10 minutes and serve.
