3/4 cup rice
3 cup filtered-water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Rinse Rice with warm water about 3 times.
Add pine nuts and rice with water in a bowl and soak for 5 hours.
Blend pine nuts and rice with water in high speed for 1 minute and strained out pine nuts and rice water in a separate bowl.
Blend strained pine nuts and rice one more time with 1/2 cup of strained pine nuts and rice water in high speed for another minute.
Blend again one last time with 1 cup of strained pine nut and rice water in high speed for 1 minutes. This time, you can through out remain pine nut and rice.
Pour pine nut-rice water into 3qt pan or pot cook over medium-low heat. Make sure stir occasionally.
Add Salt when it's boiling.
If it looks too thick you may add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of water more or more as you desire.
